Effective May 2026. Read these in plain English before paying a deposit.
1. Who you are agreeing with
Angazé Systems Group Limited (Angazé), a Kenyan limited company, KRA PIN , registered office at 124 Manyani East Rd, Lavington, Nairobi, Kenya. By paying a deposit or using this site you accept these terms.
2. What we will deliver
The scope of every engagement is the offering you selected: Studio (a done-for-you custom build, quoted per project), Grow (bespoke work, scoped per engagement), or Research (scoped to the question). Each engagement's deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins. We will deliver what is set out in your quote within the stated timeline.
3. What we need from you
- Final copy, photos, and brand assets within five working days of kickoff.
- One named decision-maker available on Friday demos.
- Domain access and any third-party service credentials we agree to integrate.
If you are unable to provide these and the project stalls for more than 30 days, we may pause the build. We will resume on receipt of materials. Lost slot fees may apply.
4. Payments
- Studio: a custom build quoted per project (most builds land between KES 40,000 and KES 240,000). You pay a deposit to start and the balance on delivery (a green production deployment plus the demo signed off in writing). The exact total, the deposit, and the timeline are set out in your written quote before work begins.
- Grow: commercial terms are scoped per engagement and set out in your individual Grow agreement.
- Research: scoped and priced to the question, agreed in writing before work begins.
- All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are exclusive of any third-party fees you may incur (domain, hosting, third-party APIs).
5. Intellectual property
- On full payment, you own the codebase, content, and any custom designs we produced for you.
- We retain the right to refer to the project in our portfolio and case studies, unless you opt out in writing before kickoff.
- Open-source libraries used in the build remain under their original licences.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential. We will not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the service (for example, with our hosting or payment partners).
7. Warranties
We warrant that our work is original, that we have the right to deliver it, and that for two weeks after launch we will fix any bugs in our build at no extra cost. We do not warrant uninterrupted service of third parties (Safaricom, Vercel, Cloudflare, etc.).
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from a single engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity).
9. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are governed by our Refund policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.
