Changelog

What we shipped.

Factual and dated. We ship when things are ready, not on a calendar. Subscribe via RSS, JSON, or email; pick whichever matches how you read.

  1. Catalogue

    The Angazé Store at /marketplace

The marketplace page was a merchant directory. It is now the Angazé Store: our own catalogue of engagements, templates, integrations, and deep playbooks. Merchants stay private; their shareable link is their public surface, not an Angazé-controlled roll-up.

    Changelog goes live

Started this page. Factual, dated, no superlatives. Going forward, every catalogue addition, every feature shipped, every rail integration lands here in the same commit.

  3. Brand

Brand promise: engineering the systems your business runs on

Repositioned away from the M-Pesa-centric framing toward systems engineering as the company's identity. Studio and Grow are the engagement tiers; the merchant SaaS, WhatsApp ordering, multi-rail payments, and AI-agent-ready integrations are productized offerings inside that scope.

  4. Brand

AI-agent-ready added to the brand scope

Angazé now lists AI-agent-ready integrations as a first-class category alongside mobile-money commerce, WhatsApp ordering, and custom platforms. The substrate (MCP server, JSON catalogue API, signed-token auth) is scoped at notes/specs/ai-tools.md and notes/specs/shareable-link.md.

  5. Brand

Geographic scope broadened to growth markets

Brand fields, SEO metadata, and Organization JSON-LD updated. The Organization areaServed now lists Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa. Multi-currency abstraction and country-aware payment rails are the next engineering chunk, scoped at notes/specs/global-expansion.md.

  6. Site

Stack rolled back to internal codename only

Stack briefly surfaced as a public service brand. Rolled back: it now stays as the internal codename for the merchant SaaS product. Studio and Grow return to first-class engagement tiers in nav, pricing, and content.

  7. Internal

    Brand philosophy doc

Captured the operating principle that informs design, copy, hiring, and partnership decisions: be the coolest destination to be near, work toward that with intent, never claim it directly. Internal-only; never quoted to a customer.
